The appointment of Generals and promotions at the Sándor Palace

The President of Hungary – on the proposal of the Minister of Defence
•    promoted Major General Attila Géza Takács to the rank of Lieutenant General with effect from 15 March 2024,
•    promoted Brigadier General Zsuzsánna Ballainé Krikker to the rank of Major General with effect from 15 March 2024, 
•    promoted Brigadier General Dr. Pál Imre Váczi to the rank of Major General with effect from 15 March 2024, 
•    appointed Colonel Ottó Piros to the rank of Brigadier General with effect from 15 March 2024.

•    appointed Police Colonel András Horváth to the rank of Brigadier General with effect from 15 March 2024, 
•    appointed Fire Brigade Colonel Dániel Kecskeméti to the rank of Fire Brigadier General with effect from 15 March 2024, 
•    appointed Police Colonel Ferenc Vörös to the rank of Police Brigadier General with effect from 15 March 2024, 
•    appointed Police Colonel Dr. Gábor Pilisi to the rank of Police Brigadier General with effect from 15 March 2024.
